Hotel Indonesia

Kempinski

Jakarta's first luxury hotel was raised in the 60s and has bore witness to the capital's stratospheric ascent as a modern metropolis over the years. It is itself a testament to the nation's big stride forward

Kempinski the Spa comes with classically decked treatment rooms raised solely for luxurious pampering. We highly recommend the hot stones massage designed to melt away sores. Oku is one of the best culinary address in town featuring Japanese fine dining with a modern twist. Fans of beer and Bavarian cuisine should head to Paulaner Brauhaus at Grand Indonesia next door for their famous brews and hearty entrees.

For a landmark Indonesian address, one would expect exemplary service that leads the pack. There is a shortfall of this towering expectation, but no major letdowns as well.

With its impressive inventory of comely rooms and restaurants as well as a historic pavilion that's hosted many monumental events over the past decades, the suites here are some of the plushest in town and we are in love with the executive grand deluxe layout, especially with the oversize bathtub that's set right next to the street views.
