August 12, 2017

We heartily congratulate Capella Singapore for its impressive showing on our inaugural LCO Top 10 List - Singapore Edition #1. Besides emerging #1 on Top 10 Luxury Hotels Singapore, the stunning property won 6 other awards in the following categories:

#1 Top Spas,

#1 Top Afternoon Tea Experiences,

#1 Top Suite/ Villa Designs,

#2 Top Nightspots,

#5 Top Gourmet Experiences,

#6 Top Fine Dining Chinese Restaurants.

Besides really stunning designs and breathtaking views, it is ultimately the top notch service delivered by each and every staff of this outstanding hotel that led us to announce without reservations it is currently the best luxury hotel in Singapore. We were joined by entrepreneur and former Olympian Mr Leslie Kwok over one of our review sessions and here's what he thinks of Capella Singapore.

"Capella Singapore is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever visited. The historical significance of the building and the exotic natural surroundings set it apart from other heritage hotels in the city. The Colonial Manor is a stunningly restored residence with beautiful interiors and indulgent space. With 3 plush bedrooms split over 2 levels, there is no doubt this is one of, if not the grandest accommodation one can find in Singapore. Cassia like the rest of the property is a stunning space. I particularly enjoyed the braised fish maw soup and truffles Char Siew bun here."                                Leslie Kwok
